Designers and architects work in an industry that is inherently unpredictable. This makes it nearly impossible to maintain a balance in staffing, resources, and workflow. Not to mention trying to keep up with the latest design and technology trends. So how do you move your company into the future while still keeping your projects on task? After working in the industry for over 10 years, our founder, Morgan Sassler realized there is a gap that needs to be fulfilled.

Morgan's first intense spark of interest in interior design was ignited at a young age when she helped her mother restore a rundown Victorian home into a gorgeous Bed and Breakfast. Seeing the gem that was underneath all the filth made her realize what an immense purpose good design serves in the world.
She proceeded to earn her BFA in Interior Architecture and Design and to develop a career as an architectural designer. Her work quickly evolved from working as an interior design intern at furniture stores to growing a residential design-build firm from a home office to over $1M in revenue to leading a new store design project for a multi-billion dollar company.
As soon as she entered the professional design world, her critical thinking and problem-solving skills enabled her to fill a niche as a liaison between creative and technical minds within every team. She quickly discovered that design and innovation are being bogged down by the industry's struggle to keep up and transition to new technology. These technologies are ones that many firms already have in their tool set. That's where she found her passion.
Morgan is energized by the opportunities for growth within every individual and how these individuals can affect major changes within their companies and beyond.
Protocols, file structure, templates, production.....This may feel like tedium to others, but for Morgan these subjects are the catalysts that give teams the tools to function as a well-oiled machine. This work is motivational for her, because she is able to connect with individuals and enable them to re-focus and give time back to what inspires and incites passion in their careers.
